I am Ashwini Kumar Garg, and it gives me immense pride to share our journey with you. Coming from a business-oriented family and holding a Master’s degree in Chemistry, I began my career in the field of contract business, which gave me valuable experience across multiple domains. This journey eventually led me to establish a unit for Manufacturing Power and Distribution Transformers.
Choosing Jhansi, a part of the underdeveloped Bundelkhand region, was a conscious decision—driven not just by opportunity, but by a sense of responsibility. My vision was to create employment, encourage local talent, and contribute meaningfully to regional development. Over the years, our unit has grown steadily with commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation.
As part of our commitment to community and skill development, we regularly provide internship opportunities to students from government and private polytechnic institutes in Jhansi and surrounding areas. This initiative aims to give young minds practical exposure and help them become industry-ready.
I have also encouraged my son (Mr Vinayak Garg) to join me in this mission, ensuring that our values and dedication continue with the next generation.
